Current Energies & how to integrate them.

There are always energies coming in from the Galaxy to help guide and support us on our journey (more about that in another Blog) but at the moment we are riding wave upon wave of very intense energies.

At the end of October and the beginning of November there were 2 huge Solar Flares both facing Earth and sending in massive waves of Solar light. We then entered into a new cycle with the Moon and received powerful waves of Lunar light. After that, we moved through the 11:11 Star Gate on the 11th November, sending in huge waves of Galactic energy. We are now in eclipse season with more Solar & Lunar energies coming in.

We are beings of light (more about that too in another Blog). We have a beautiful and intricate light body that is always in constant communication with the energies coming in and passing through the Earths and our own atmosphere. These energies are then assimilated via the main energies centres into our physical body through the central nervous system and endocrine system.

As this movement of energy takes place there is a slowing down of the very high frequency energies streaming in. It can be quite challenging for our physical body to receive these energies as it is the densest layer of our energy system.

We may feel tired yet wired. Mentally, physically and emotionally overstimulated. Exhausted one day yet hyper the next. Headaches, digestive issues and general aches and pains can also be present.

What can help at this time is to slow down, take time to relax and breathe. I know this can be challenging with the busy demands of life so I have uploaded 2 videos on my YouTube channel, both focusing on relaxing. A 30 min Yoga practice and a 15 minute guided relaxation

Bye for now and as always, Thank you taking the time to read this.

A long absence.

It's been awhile, nearly 3 months to the day. The main reason I stopped blogging was that I felt that I didn't have anything to say and, the pressure I put upon myself to have a weekly blog was almost
