The Spring Equinox is one of the four main solar portals of the year, along with the Autumn Equinox and the two Solstices. In our modern world we have become disconnected from these magical times during the Solar Year. Times where there is an opportunity to be supported and receive all that we need as we journey through the year and through our life.
For us in the Northern Hemisphere the Spring Equinox is that time of transition from the stillness of Winter into the more abundant and expansive energies of Spring. For most of us with busy lives and the Christmas crazy Winter may seem anything but still. We can feel depleted as we start to journey with the outward energies of Spring.
The intention for this retreat is twofold. Firstly, to have time and space to yourself and be supported in the stillness of meditation, yoga, relaxation classes and walks in nature. Secondly from that place of deep rest, to realign with the Spring energies and perhaps set intentions for the upcoming months or to just allow yourself to be supported and receive.
Gambledown Farm is a working regenerative farm, dedicated to sustainable agriculture. It is nestled in the Hampshire countryside and offers peace and quiet and a deep nature connection. If you would like to know more about them here is their website link.
The retreat will open from 4pm Friday and close Sunday lunchtime. The investment for the retreat includes all accommodation, food and classes.

Gambledown Farm is about a 90 minute drive from London and easily accessible via public transport.
