Service Description

Come into this workshop space and allow yourself to be guided into deep rest. To let go of the (for some) tensions and (for all) the busyness of the festive season. Heading into the New Year feeling spacious and quiet. We will be working with the breath, gentle restorative poses and guided meditation and energy work. Karma Studios is a fully equipped Yoga Studio and all props are provided for. Just bring yourself and an open mind and heart. Please note this is just a booking system. Cancellation Policy

Please provide a minimum of 48 hours notice for class cancellations. This allows me the opportunity to open the slot to someone on the waitlist. If classes are cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, I am unable to provide a refund.
