This is a gentle movement practice to step us lightly into the day. Ideal for those new to Yoga and moving bodies with breath, and those seasoned Yogis who would like something slower and more gentle. As always there will be emphasis on the breath and a more meditative practice.
Please provide a minimum of 48 hours notice for class cancellations. This allows me the opportunity to open the slot to someone on the waitlist. If classes are cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, I am unable to provide a refund.
