This Hatha based Yoga is a slow steady practice in which we focus on the breath and from that awareness, move into the body. Poses are held for some time allowing us to really experience the practice and it is suited to all levels as well as beginners. Personally, practicing in this way has given me a strong healthy body and I wish to share that with others.
Please provide a minimum of 48 hours notice for class cancellations. This allows me the opportunity to open the slot to someone on the waitlist. If classes are cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, I am unable to provide a refund.
