Yoga & Relaxation
Personally Yoga has been a stable friend throughout my life, giving me what I needed at different times in my life and for me has become one of the biggest loves of my life and I impart this deep appreciation for this ancient practice when I teach.
As I have changed over the years so has my teaching and now I offer a deep, breath focused practice.
Giving everyone time and space to explore for themselves what Yoga really is to them.
I also support through gentle hands on assists during the practice.
All sessions are paid for each half term, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the practice and enjoy consistent progress. If you’re curious and would like to experience a session before committing, please get in touch – I’d love to help you explore whether it’s the right fit for you.


Massage
My first love and one that I continue to offer today with that same enjoyment as when I first started.
I feel honoured to be able to work with people's bodies, to be trusted into that personal space. I offer a combination of massages depending on what is wanted by yourself and needed by your body.
Gentle holistic massage all the way through to deep tissue. Over the years I have seen that there is also a deeper layer of work taking place.
Stuck emotions and stress held in the body is also given an invitation to release.
I am based in Chittlehamholt EX37 9NS.
