Four Trees and myself invite you to come and spend a week together with us in the most idyllic, quiet and peaceful retreat space in the south of Portugal.
Four Trees is nestled in the countryside and offers the opportunity for you to slow down, to breathe and to spend time in nature and reconnect to a quieter sense of ourselves that can get lost in the busyness of modern living.
It is my intention with the retreat to create space so that you are able to do all of those things. Sometimes we need time out from our every day lives to reconnect back to what really matters as it can be so easy to get swept up in the demands of our every day life.
Four Trees will be supporting us with a very chilled vibe, superb accommodation, outstanding food and a whole host of animals. Cat & dog lovers will be very happy here.
I will be supporting you with two daily practices. A more dynamic practice in the morning and a quieter more introspective practice in the evening. The group energy of the retreat will be such that you can soften, let go and release. Arriving in a place of calm well being.
You will be looked after and nurtured on all levels.
Accommodation
4 x Double Rooms - SOLD OUT
4 x Cosy cocoon pods - very comfortable and quiet where you can nestle into your private space.
2 x Twin Tipi's - for those wanting a more nature connected space.
Investment for the week is £990 per person and includes all accommodation, food and classes.
Not included are flights and train to Funcheira where we get picked up from.
Flights
You can fly into Lisbon or Faro and there are trains from both to Funcheira.

If you are able to book before the 31st October there is a £50 discount so only £940 per person.
