Service Description
This year the Autumn Equinox takes place on 23rd September, a time of balance before we head into the more introspective seasons of Autumn and Winter. This shift from the outer toward the inner is also mirrored in our energy system and so this practice will support this subtle shift. A reminder that we are intimately connected to nature and the cycles and rhythms of life. Through this practice, creating a balance between the busy external life with some space to be quiet, internal and present with ourselves. All are welcome to this practice, no experience needed. Karma Studios is a fully equipped Yoga Studio and all props are provided for. Just bring yourself and an open mind and heart. If you would like to attend the Yin as well it will be £60 for both. Cancellation Policy
For workshop cancellations, please provide a minimum of 48 hours' notice. This allows me the opportunity to offer the space to someone on the waitlist. If the space is filled, a refund will be issued. Please note that refunds are not available for weekly classes, as these are booked as a package.
