The Spring Equinox takes place on 20th March this year and is one of the four major Solar portals of the year. A time of balance and realignment to the emerging energies of Spring and the longer days bringing more light and more clarity into our inner awareness. A supporting energy to help us navigate the year ahead with clear inner vision, becoming more adept at living during a time of immense change whilst holding ourselves steady and grounded. During this dynamic workshop we will work with breath and asana to journey deep into our entire energy system. Coming back fully into our bodies, aligning with the energies of Spring. A time of growth and opportunity. Empowering ourselves by living out the life that we want for ourselves, each other and the planet. Karma Studios is a fully equipped Yoga Studio and all props are provided for. Just bring yourself and an open mind and heart. If you would like to attend the Yin as well it will be £60 for both.
