Service Description

The Spring Equinox takes place on 20th March this year and is one of the four major Solar portals of the year. A time of balance and realignment to the emerging energies of Spring and the longer days bringing more light and more clarity into our inner awareness. A supporting energy to help us navigate the year ahead with clear inner vision, becoming more adept at living during a time of immense change whilst holding ourselves steady and grounded. This workshop will be a classic Yin session where we will hold floor based poses allowing the body to soften and energy to move more freely. Giving our entire energy system the space to align fully with the emergent Spring energies. Karma Studios is a fully equipped Yoga Studio and all props are provided for. Just bring yourself and an open mind and heart. If you like to attend the Yang as well it will be £60 for both. Please note this is just a booking system.
