Service Description
This workshop will give you the time and space to really let go and drop into a space of deep rest and relaxation. Something that can be challenging in our busy active lives. We will be working with the breath, gentle restorative poses and guided meditation and energy work. Karma Studios is a fully equipped Yoga Studio and all props are provided for. Just bring yourself and an open mind and heart. Please note this is just a booking system. Cancellation Policy
For workshop cancellations, please provide a minimum of 48 hours' notice. This allows me the opportunity to offer the space to someone on the waitlist. If the space is filled, a refund will be issued. Please note that refunds are not available for weekly classes, as these are booked as a package.
